HR Executive (Fresher / 1–2 Years Experience)

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)

Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 12 years of HR experience who are looking to build their career in Human Resources.

• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes
• Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support HR policies, compliance, and labor law requirements
• Assist with payroll coordination and attendance management
• Help organize training programs and employee engagement activities
• Support performance management and HR operations
  

• Basic knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Understanding of HR policies and compliance requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
  

• Experience with HRMS tools such as Keka
  

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
