We are looking for a dynamic and professional HR Executive with excellent English communication skills to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and capable of handling recruitment, employee engagement, and HR compliance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Draft job descriptions and post vacancies on job portals and social media
• Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with department heads
• Handle employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR MIS
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee engagement and performance evaluation processes
• Address employee grievances professionally
• Ensure statutory and labor law compliance
• Support payroll coordination and attendance management
• Organize and manage employee activities, participation programs and company events

Qualifications

• Bachelors in HR, Business Administration or related field
• 0-1 years of HR experience
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
