Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive HR professional with strong hands-on experience in email communication and end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will support daily coordination while ensuring professional and timely communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and send HR-related emails, notices, letters, and announcements
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Address employee queries via email and other communication channels
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and internal processes
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Hands-on experience in professional email drafting and communication
- Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, Word, and HR tools
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Good organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with HRMS or ATS tools
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Payroll or attendance management exposure
- Experience in corporate or consulting environments
