Job Description

Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive HR professional with strong hands-on experience in email communication and end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will support daily coordination while ensuring professional and timely communication across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and send HR-related emails, notices, letters, and announcements
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
  • Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Address employee queries via email and other communication channels
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and internal processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Hands-on experience in professional email drafting and communication
  • Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, Word, and HR tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Good organizational and time-management skills


Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with HRMS or ATS tools
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
  • Payroll or attendance management exposure
  • Experience in corporate or consulting environments
