This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive at Ikyam Solutions, located in Bengaluru. The HR Executive will handle day-to-day HR management and operations, develop and implement HR policies, maintain employee relations, and provide support in various human resources functions. Responsibilities will also include ensuring compliance with HR processes and contributing to a positive workplace environment.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience with Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar HR role (6 months to 1 year preferred)
