Job Description
The client is seeking to engage with HR experts for end to end transformation.
The key responsibilities inlcude:
- Lead end-to-end HR Transformation programs, including HR strategy, operating model redesign, and HR function modernization
- Drive transformation across areas such as:
HR Operating Model & Shared Services
Talent Management & Workforce Planning
Organization Design & Role Architecture
Performance Management & Rewards
HR Policies, Governance & Compliance
Change Management and HR Capability Building
Partner with CXOs, CHROs, and senior business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Lead diagnostics, current-state assessments, and future-state design
- Oversee implementation, change adoption, and value realization
- Manage multi-disciplinary consulting teams and ensure high-quality client delivery
- Support business development through proposal creation, solutioning, and client presentations
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR best practices, industry trends, and digital HR enablement (HRMS / HCM)
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-10 years of progressive experience in HR Consulting / HR Transformation, preferably with a Big4 or top-tier consulting firm
-Strong functional expertise across multiple HR domains
-Proven experience leading large-scale HR transformation engagements
-Hands-on experience with HR operating models, shared services, and COEs
-Exposure to HR technology implementations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.) is highly desirable
-Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
-Ability to work onsite in Bangalore in a high-intensity, client-facing consulting environment
