Capgemini InventCapgemini Invent is the digital innovation, consulting and transformation brand of the Capgemini Group, a global business line that combines market leading expertise in strategy, technology, data science and creative design, to help CxOs envision and build what’s next for their businesses.Your RoleDesign and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI.Create compelling visual stories that highlight key HR metrics and trends.Ensure visualizations are user-friendly and meet the needs of HR stakeholders.Analyse complex HR data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.Use statistical methods to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enhance data models and reporting.Work closely with HR teams to understand their data visualization needs and requirements.Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.Provide training and support to HR staff on data visualization tools and best practices.Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of data visualizations.Implement best practices for data visualization a nd reporting.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all visualizations.Stay up to date with the latest data visualization technologies and trends.Recommend and implement new tools and techniques to improve data visualization processes.Develop automated workflows to streamline HR processes.Your Profile7+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization.Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, D3.js, or similar.Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical methods.Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and modelling.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data visualization.Demonstrated learner attitude and a keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly in GenAI.Well-versed in working in an Agile framework.Ability to adapt to changing priorities/role and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What you will love about working hereWe recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
