Job Description
Location: Hyderabad
Principal Responsibilities:
- Serve as the project manager for the full compensation cycle, including salary increases, PRP awards, and LTI programs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines for the ACP initiative.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and facilitate resolution with global and regional teams.
- Lead regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and issue resolution forums.
- Oversee all phases of the ACP process:
- Data validation (internal audits, people leader exercises)
- System configuration & testing (eligibility rules, system functionality, statement creation)
- Budget & structure planning (preliminary/final budgets, pay structures, exceptions)
- Communication (People Team and Leader communications, training materials, WalkMe support)
- Execution (planning, audits, corrections, statement delivery, terminated PRP payouts)
- Act as the primary point of contact for all ACP-related activities.
- Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR Service Center, HR Tech, and regional People teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with country-specific requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure adherence to compensation policies and guidelines.
- Support dashboard reporting and analytics for merit, PRP, and LTI planning.
- Partner with HR Technology teams to ensure system readiness and enhance user experience.
- Lead post-cycle reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Shine Program Administrator, managing the recognition programs administration, communication, and reporting.
- Prepare and update global compensation tools, including annual budget files, pay structures, and other key documents.
- Develop and deliver compensation reports and dashboards, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a trusted resource for the People Team on compensation matters.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in HR operations or compensation management.
- Experience working with Workday, ServiceNow case management, or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis techniques.
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills in a global environment.
