About this Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead and support the transformational people agenda across enabling functions and the Commercial tower at VOIS. This role will act as a strategic interface between HR and business leadership, delivering end-to-end HR services and driving initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and organisational effectiveness. The individual will collaborate closely with Centres of Excellence (COEs), senior leadership, and international stakeholders to implement people strategies aligned with business goals.

Who you are

Over 10 years of overall experience, with at least 45 years in HR Business Partnering roles supporting international markets (UK, Europe).

Preferably from a reputed multinational organisation.

Experience in IT/ITeS/Telecom/BFSI sectors in a Business Partner capacity.

MBA from a Tier 1 business school with strong HR functional expertise.

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

High energy, ownership, and problem-solving ability.
