Job Title – HR Business Partner I/II

o9 Solutions is looking for an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be critical in ensuring HR adds value to the overall business, providing HR solutions, resolving employee issues, and retaining a talented workforce. You will also serve as a main point of contact for management and employees globally for specific business functions

What you’ll do for us

  • Partner with business leaders and employees to provide proactive HR guidance and ensuring people strategy supports overall business objectives.
  • Monitor attrition, retention, and engagement metrics to design targeted retention and workforce stabilization strategies.
  • Translate HR data (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, performance trends) into actionable insights
  • Drive performance management processes and compensation cycle, ensuring performance outcomes support business growth.
  • Contribute to workforce planning initiatives by identifying capability gaps, assessing talent pipelines, and supporting long-term organizational design.
  • Support organizational restructuring and change initiatives through impact assessments, talent mapping, and stakeholder communication planning to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Lead and participate in various HR projects that include Business initiatives, process creations and process improvements
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary

What you’ll have

  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience as HR Business Partner
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
  • Skills:
    • Strong stakeholder management skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Strong analytical skills and Ability to analyze HR metrics
    • Proactive and solutions-oriented
