Establishes the people strategy and aligns the business and functional priorities into talent imperatives for assigned business areas. Drives continuous business transformation and operating model changes by finding new streams of value across the organization. Collaborates with internal and external customers, communicates with and provides business input to other parts of HR regarding the design of policy and program solutions that attain both business and enterprise objectives, as well as promote the credibility and capability of a “One HR” brand.

Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function.
What you’ll do:
As a member of the Business HR team supporting the Global Support organization, an L2 organization of approximately 5.000 team members, the HR Business Partner is a global role who directly supports Senior Director's at the L3 level. The HRBP drives the people strategy and organizational design and the process of transformation, talent management, and workforce planning. Leads change initiatives and implements specific HR strategies to achieve organization goals and objectives. Aligns performance management and reward systems to drive and reinforce desired behaviors. Ensures HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitors effectiveness through the tracking of key measures. The HRBP collaborates with the business leaders to translate and align business imperatives to talent strategies and acts as a consultant and partner to help them navigate complex people-related issues.
The role will report to the Senior HR Director supporting the L2 Global Support organization. The role is a great opportunity for an experienced HRBP to lead a global role and support business leaders at the executive level, gain visibility and experience within a high-performing HR team and drive impactful results for the business.
Applies emotional intelligence to establish and maintain relationships with top management, driving the execution of HR and business objectives.
Applies data interpretation and analysis to understand business and organizational challenges and to design solutions.
Understands change management concepts and organizational objectives needed to drive and execute transformation and talent priorities.
Leads HR programs and processes within the business or function.
Assesses HR implications of the business strategy, identifies opportunities and uses the industry and market mindset to further meet business needs and designs solutions.
Represents the business or functional organization to the rest of the HR community.
Collaborates on design of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives by providing an organization-specific perspective.
Evaluates proposed HR programs to determine organization-wide viability.
Acts as a business leader inside the organization to support and lead large-scale transformation efforts.
Champions agile ways of working to develop and deploy business solutions.
Develops and evolves talent solutions based on business objectives.
Coaches senior leadership to drive engagement within the business or function.
What you need to bring:
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and/or related field is preferred.
Typically, 10-15 years of HR experience, with significant consulting exposure.
Demonstrated experience driving organizational change initiatives, developing workforce plans, and influencing business managers.
Experience partnering with managers to deliver HR solutions is required.
Highly skilled in partnering with leadership to formulate strategic business goals.
Proficiency in cross-disciplinary aspects such as org design, workforce planning, and change management.
