Job Description

Provide guidance and solutions for all human resources operational issues. Be coach and mentor to the management team for regional function or industry vertical Implement and fully understand all HR procedures and policies and ensure adherence with employment law across your area ensures effective communication of new or updated policies and procedures Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and global programs. Monitors performance evaluation programs and employee recognition programs as needed. Leads on employee relations issues as they arise and act as a mentor to junior team members.

Experience

Minimum of 4 to 7 years broad-based HR experience and complete understanding of local and country-specific employment laws

Knowledge & Skill

Experience of managing and investigating employee relations issues. Has knowledge of technical discipline and work processes and provides investigative, analytic or diagnostic services that affect a wide range of activities.

General HR Operations

  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Report and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
  • Deliver development, and training programs as required
  • Coordinate and update employee safety, welfare, wellness and health as required

HRIS

  • Maintenance of recruitment process in system.
  • Ensure accuracy of all employees changes in HRIS system.
  • Participate in all steps of process for appraisal, merit, bonus as required by Company.

Employee Relations:

  • Coordinate and participate in social, events committees and special projects.
  • Coordinate planning of company events such as active get togethers, festival party, birthday celebrations, and company anniversary celebrations.
  • Support the HR Manager in any team building planning days for the teams.
