Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HRBP to support business leaders and employees on core HR processes. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience who want hands-on exposure in business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for employees for basic HR-related queries
• Support business teams in day-to-day HR operations
• Assist in employee lifecycle management:
• Onboarding & induction
• Attendance and leave coordination
• Exit formalities and documentation
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
• Ensure HR data accuracy and maintain employee records
• Support compliance with company policies and HR processes
• Prepare basic HR reports and MIS as required
