Job Description

As a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will align business objectives with employees and management across India, the Middle East, and Africa. You’ll serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, act as an employee champion and change agent, and anticipate HR-related needs. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders and understanding the business deeply. We seek applicants with strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What you will be doing:  

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational performance.   

  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.   

  • Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning. 

  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the process.   

  • Learning and Development: Identify training needs and partner with the Learning and Development team to deliver relevant programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.   

  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends.   

  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision making. 

What you will likely bring: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred. 

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-9 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP role.   

  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices. 

  • Communication: Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters. 

  • Relationship-Building: Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Proficiency: Be proficient in HRIS (prior experience with Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrix organization.
