Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Associate at our Hyderabad location. The HR Associate will handle day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment processes, assist with employee onboarding, and contribute to training and development initiatives. The role also includes maintaining employee records, addressing employee queries, and collaborating with team members to enhance HR processes and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Operations
• Experience or familiarity with Training & Development practices
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR management software is a plus
• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Working Option : 2 Days WFH / 4 Days from Office
