Location: Worli, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time (Off-roll / Third-party payroll)

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Monday Friday)

Salary: 20,000 25,000 (In-hand per month)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our HR Operations team. This is an off-roll position based in Worli, ideal for candidates who have a strong foundation in HR processes and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations: Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding documentation, maintaining employee files, and managing leave/attendance records.
  • Data Management (MIS): Maintain and update HR trackers daily. Prepare reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Excel Reporting: Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) to consolidate data and ensure 100% accuracy in HR records.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between employees, department heads, and external vendors for various HR-related requests.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in drafting HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, etc.) and supporting payroll processing activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: MBA (HR) preferred, or a Bachelors degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations or a similar administrative role.
  • Technical Mastery: * Expertise in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel are mandatory (Must be comfortable with VLOOKUP, , Pivot Tables, and complex formulas
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong coordination skills, ability to handle confidential data, and a self-starting attitude.

Education :

  • Required: Graduate with knowledge of HR operations.
  • Preferred: MBA (Human Resources).
