- Coordination during interview
- Maintaining data for the interviews conducted Category wise
- Coordination during Joining
- Coordination during Induction
- Help in checking Files and Inputs, ensure reminders to associates regarding file completion
- Data entry for the same
- Coordination and support to ensure system is in place, coordination with F & B and help out in calling for the people who did not turn up for the training
