Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a HR and Recruitment Specialist. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates. Key responsibilities include developing hiring strategies, maintaining employee records, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting day-to-day HR operations to ensure a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, including employee onboarding, records management, and compliance
• Skills in training facilitation, employee engagement, and development programs
• Proficiency in HR software, database management, and reporting tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus)
