Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR & Recruitment Manager who can build teams at speed and also own end-to-end HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in growing startups or D2C companies, understands execution pressure, and can partner closely with founders and business heads.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Own end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, operations, supply chain, marketing, and leadership roles
- Build and manage high-volume hiring for sales, inside sales, customer support, and field teams
- Work closely with founders and department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Design and execute fast hiring processes suitable for a startup environment
- Manage recruitment vendors, portals, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Ensure strong candidate experience and quick closures
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Own the complete employee lifecycle onboarding to exit
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, appointment letters, and contracts
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and compliance
- Drive performance management processes and appraisal cycles
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and day-to-day HR queries
Culture, Processes & Compliance
- Build a high-ownership, performance-driven culture aligned with startup growth
- Support leadership in defining roles, KRAs, and team structures
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and reporting for management
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory
- 7+ years of experience in Recruitment + End-to-End HR
- Prior experience in a D2C / startup / fast-growing company
- Strong hands-on recruitment experience across levels
- Ability to work in a high-speed, execution-heavy environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience hiring for sales, inside sales, operations, and corporate roles
- Startup mindset comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Strong process orientation with a practical, business-first approach
