Role Description



  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll support
  • Manage employee relations, address workplace concerns, and ensure smooth internal communication
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Support performance management, training coordination, and organizational development initiatives
  • Provide direct administrative and strategic support to the Proprietor
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel plans, and day-to-day scheduling
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain confidential documentation
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and track follow-ups to ensure accountability
  • Streamline office processes and assist in improving operational efficienicy


Qualifications


  • Comprehensive understanding of HR Management, including employee lifecycle, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
  • Proficiency in HR Operations and HR Policies to ensure compliance and administrative excellence
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and the ability to foster a positive workplace environment
  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes and systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in executive support
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with travel or service management industries is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
