Hiring: HR & Admin Executive | Growmax Wealth | Delhi & Gurugram (On-Site)
Growmax Wealtha leading real estate services provider in Delhi-NCRis looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team.

Location: Delhi & Gurugram (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
HR Functions:
Manage hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Drive employee engagement activities
Implement HR policies and support compliance
Support performance review and appraisal processes
Admin Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office administration and vendor coordination
Manage office supplies, travel bookings, and housekeeping supervision
Maintain infrastructure, AMCs, and office operations
Coordinate with accounts for reimbursements and related processes
What Were Looking For:
Strong understanding of HR and personnel management
Experience in recruitment & HR operations
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in HR/Admin software
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in real estate industry is a plus
