Job Description

We are seeking anHR and Admin Executivewho can efficiently handle HR operations and manage office administration. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing cross-functional responsibilities to ensure smooth internal operations.


Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
  • Maintain and update employee records, leave data, and HR documentation
  • Assist in payroll input preparation and attendance management
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor compliance
Administration
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep
  • Handle general administrative duties, including travel bookings and meeting logistics
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Oversee housekeeping and ensure a well-maintained office environment
  • Coordinate with external service providers for repairs, utilities, and logistics


Requirements
  • MBA in Human Resources (mandatory)
  • 24 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin roles
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office tools; exposure to HRMS is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work independently


Preferred Skills
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Experience handling confidential employee information
  • Good communication and coordination skills
