About the Role:

You will be trained to become the go-to person for coordinating a variety of administrative and logistical tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Support in Staff Coordination & Hiring:
- Assist in sourcing candidates for roles like office helpers, drivers, housekeeping staff, and caretakers through online portals and local networks.
- Help schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and the management team.
- Maintain and update digital records and databases of staff information and availability.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and coordinating initial training.
Administrative & Vendor Support:
- Provide support in managing office equipment inventory, including tracking laptops and other assets.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and routine services.
- Help maintain organized files for vendor contacts, service agreements, and invoices.
- Learn to raise and track service requests for facility upkeep and repairs.
Daily Operational Assistance:
- Monitor and report day-to-day operational issues related to office maintenance and supplies.
- Assist in arranging logistics for meetings, guest visits, and team events.
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- No prior work experience is required;we provide comprehensive training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skillsand a keen eye for detail.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)and comfort with digital tools.
- Proactive attitudeand willingness to learn new tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Attributes:
- Internship or academic project experience in administration, coordination, or HR support.
- Good problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a strong advantage.
- A genuine interest in people coordination and operational management.
