Starting Salary: 18,000 - 25,000 per month


About the Role:

Are you a highly organized and communicative fresher looking to build a career in operations and administration? You will be trained to become the go-to person for coordinating a variety of administrative and logistical tasks in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a keen learner who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to take on responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:


Support in Staff Coordination & Hiring:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates for roles like office helpers, drivers, housekeeping staff, and caretakers through online portals and local networks.
  • Help schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and the management team.
  • Maintain and update digital records and databases of staff information and availability.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and coordinating initial training.


Administrative & Vendor Support:

  • Provide support in managing office equipment inventory, including tracking laptops and other assets.
  • Assist in coordinating with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and routine services.
  • Help maintain organized files for vendor contacts, service agreements, and invoices.
  • Learn to raise and track service requests for facility upkeep and repairs.


Daily Operational Assistance:

  • Monitor and report day-to-day operational issues related to office maintenance and supplies.
  • Assist in arranging logistics for meetings, guest visits, and team events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team as needed.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • No prior work experience is required;we provide comprehensive training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skillsand a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)and comfort with digital tools.
  • Proactive attitudeand willingness to learn new tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Internship or academic project experience in administration, coordination, or HR support.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a strong advantage.
  • A genuine interest in people coordination and operational management.
