Salary Range: 25,000 - 35,000 per month


About the Role


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated HR & Admin Executive to be the backbone of our administrative and human resources functions in Kochi. This is a critical, hands-on role that requires a professional who is not only well-versed in core HR and administration but is also keen to support the Founder CEO directly in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities


Human Resources & Compliance


  • Statutory Compliance: Ensuring the company is fully up-to-date and compliant with all relevant Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other HR-related statutory requirements.


  • Payroll Management: End-to-end processing of monthly payroll, including TDS, deductions, reimbursement management, and accurate salary disbursement.


  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical roles, from job posting and screening to interview coordination and smooth onboarding.


  • Employee Records: Maintaining and updating accurate employee records (physical and digital) and managing leave/attendance systems.


Administration & Executive Support

  • Office Administration: Overseeing general office management, including procurement of supplies, vendor management, facility maintenance, and ensuring a smooth daily operation.


  • Billing & Invoicing: Assisting with basic accounts-related tasks such as generating invoices, tracking payments, and coordinating with the external accountant.


  • Executive Assistance: Providing close, confidential support to the Founder CEO , including managing his calendar, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing basic reports, and handling other priority tasks as required.


What We're Looking For


  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in an HR and Administration role, preferably within a startup or small/mid-sized company.


  • Education: A Post Graduate degree (PG) in HR or an equivalent qualification will be a distinct advantage.


  • Expertise: Must be well-versed and up-to-date with Indian Statutory Compliances related to HR and proficient in accurate payroll processing.


  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for effective stakeholder management and executive assistance.


  • Work Ethic: A strong willingness to put in extra effort and hours when required to meet critical deadlines and complete tasks.


  • Work Arrangement: Mandatory Work From Office attendance in Kochi.
