Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Administration (Primary Responsibility)
  • Manage daily office operations , housekeeping, pantry, stationery, and facility upkeep.
  • Handle vendor management , AMC renewals, utility payments, and service provider coordination.
  • Oversee office maintenance , repairs, and equipment functioning.
  • Manage travel bookings , logistics, hotel arrangements, and reimbursements.
  • Handle front office : visitor management, couriers, and dispatch.
  • Coordinate meetings , schedules, agendas, and minutes of meeting.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
IT Support (Under Admin Function)
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for technical support and hardware/software issues .
  • Basic troubleshooting: laptops, printers, scanners, network/Wi-Fi .
  • Manage IT onboarding (accounts creation, system setup, email IDs).
  • Maintain and track IT asset inventory and software licenses.
  • Ensure timely renewal of antivirus, software subscriptions, and tools .
  • Support tech setup for meetings/presentations (Zoom/Teams/Projector).
HR Business Partner (HRBP) Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees for HR-related queries and support.
  • Partner with teams to understand people issues, engagement levels, and team pulse .
  • Assist in resolving workplace concerns with empathy and confidentiality.
  • Support managers in performance discussions , goal-setting, and employee development.
  • Participate in periodic employee experience reviews , feedback discussions, and action planning.
Talent Development & Training
  • Identify training needs by coordinating with managers and employees.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external training sessions , workshops, and upskilling initiatives.
  • Maintain training records , feedback forms, and improvements.
  • Support in building a culture of continuous learning and development .
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment support : job posting, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
  • Conduct employee orientation , documentation, and induction activities.
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Plan and execute engagement activities , celebrations, and team-building events.
  • Drive internal communication and employee satisfaction initiatives .
HR Operations
  • Maintain employee files , HRIS data, attendance, and leave records.
  • Prepare offer letters, confirmations, contract renewals , and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs , including attendance, leave, new joiners, and exits.
  • Assist in statutory compliance documentation and audit readiness.
  • Track probation reviews, performance cycles , and HR reporting.
