About the Role
Day-to-day owner of people and office operations for TourIQ, an early-stage B2B tech startup with a 7-person technical team in Jaipur. When founders arent present, you keep the office running: HR coordination, office administration, hiring pipeline support, and workplace management.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Employee Coordination
- Primary contact for day-to-day HR: attendance, leave management, records, policy adherence, workplace discipline
- Coordinate onboarding/exit formalities; manage new hire logistics (equipment, workspace, orientation)
- Coordinate candidate screening and interview scheduling for technical hiring
- Support founders in people coordination and internal communication
Office & Administration
- Manage daily office operations, vendor coordination (supplies, housekeeping, internet, repairs), asset tracking
- Ensure office hygiene, safety, and readiness; manage office setup in Jaipur
Coordination & Reporting
- Internal announcements, follow-ups, attendance/expense reporting, team events
- Escalate issues to founders; ensure confidentiality
Must-Have
- 25 years in HR coordination, office administration, or similar
- Strong people-handling and communication; organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic HR processes; comfortable handling responsibility independently; MS Excel/Word proficiency
Good to Have
- Startups or small offices; payroll coordination; conflict resolution; Jaipur vendor familiarity
