What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

• Maintain and update documents, trackers, and databases accurately.
• Coordinate with candidates for scheduling, follow-ups, and communications.
• Assist the HR and Onboarding teams with routine administrative tasks.
• Prepare and manage reports, dashboards, and other operational data using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Ensure proper document control and timely updates of records.
• Support the team with general coordination and operational tasks as needed.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel for managing trackers, dashboards, and reports.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
