Job Description
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end administrative processes for onboarding (documentation, induction) and offboarding (clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements). Ensure 100% accuracy in employee records and data management
- HR Operations & Database Maintenance: Maintain and update digital and physical employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance record in the HRIS (Anchor Portal).
- Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various roles, including technicians, operators, and office staff. Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines. Coordinate new hire orientations, conducting background checks, and prepare offer letters
- Reimbursement & Benefits Coordination: Assist zonal HR. Administer statutory benefits such as PF, ESI, and gratuity while resolving employee salary queries.
- Analytics & Problem solving: Understand business trends in the unit, tracking and monitoring internal environment as well as employees’ pulse, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse data and generate insights
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies and benefits. Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement initiatives to improve morale.
- Communication skills: Great communication skills and understand how to communicate large complex changes
