Salary :40-75K a month



We are seeking a dynamic HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-cycle recruitment and HR functions, strengthen employer branding, and help scale our talent in a fast-growing digital organization. You will partner with leaders across departments to attract and retain top talent that aligns with Mashrises culture of innovation, creativity, and performance.


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across functions (marketing, tech, creative, operations) sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies; ensure timely closure of roles.
  • Drive recruitment analytics and metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer acceptance) to improve quality of hire.

  • HR Operations & Employee Experience

    • Support HR functions including onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management in alignment with business goals
    • Maintain HR documentation, dashboards, and MIS for decision-making.
    • Collaborate on HR policy updates and compliance with relevant employment laws

  • Employer Branding

    • Elevate Mashrises brand as an employer of choice through targeted campaigns on social platforms, careers pages, and talent communities.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience in every interaction.
    Qualifications & Skills
    • Experience: 48 years in Talent Acquisition / HR roles, ideally in digital marketing, tech, or fast-paced environments.
    • Recruiting Expertise: Strong in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Tools: Comfortable with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and analytics/reporting tools.
    • Mindset: Proactive, data-driven, and able to thrive in a collaborative startup-like culture.
