Experience: 5+ years
Qualification: BHMCT / Graduation in Hospitality (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver housekeeping training (theory & practical)
- Develop training modules and structured lesson plans
- Assess trainee performance and provide regular feedback
- Ensure grooming, hygiene, and discipline standards
- Train as per industry SOPs and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospitality housekeeping training (mandatory)
- Strong operational knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (mandatory)
