About the Role

The Housekeeping Executive will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that our high standards of service are met consistently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and manage daily operations.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Train and develop housekeeping staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a housekeeping management role.

Pay range and compensation package

The salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $50,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
