Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Maintenance Head located in Guwahati. The Hotel Maintenance Head is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the hotel premises, which include handling things like HVAC, Electrical and plumbing issues, electrical panels and all other mechanical infrastructure.

Additional responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards, conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities, and coordinating with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues efficiently.

Qualifications-

The Candidate should have served in a Managerial Role for a minimum of 10 years as a resident maintenance head preferably in Hospitality houses and should have an expertise in handling hotels infrastructure like HVAC SYSTEM, ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING ISSUES.
