Hotel Listings Quality Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Spotter to join our team in Noida, Sector 3. This is a detail-oriented role where you will be responsible for verifying hotel listings across multiple meta-search platforms and ensuring the accuracy of pricing and availability information.

Key Responsibilities

• Review hotel listings on different meta-search websites.
• Identify and report discrepancies in pricing, availability, and listing details.
• Simulate bookings online to verify that prices shown on meta-search platforms match actual booking prices.
• Work at a high pace to manage large volumes of checks with accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain organized reports of findings; basic use of Microsoft Excel is preferred.

Requirements

• Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent internet navigation and research skills.
• Prior experience in booking hotels/flights online.
• Very good typing speed; a background in DTP (Desktop Publishing) or similar roles that require fast, accurate input would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume tasks with both speed and precision.

Work Details

• Work from Office Noida, Sector 3
• Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
