Hosting Service Engineer

About Position:

We are looking for a skilled Hosting Service Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise hosting services and application platforms. This role ensures the availability, performance, and reliability of hosted applications across on-perm datacenters, virtualized platforms, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS)

What You'll Do:

• Hosting Service Support & Operations - Provide day-to-day support for web hosting platforms, application servers, and backend systems.
• Server & Application Hosting - Support Windows Server and Linux hosting environments used for web and application workloads.
• Virtualization & Infrastructure - Support VMs running on VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms
• Cloud Hosting (Azure / AWS)
• Security, Patching & Compliance
• Monitoring & Incident Response
• Automation & Scripting

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8+ years in hosting services, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Windows Server and/or Linux
• IIS, Apache, Nginx
• Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, load balancers, firewall rules, certificates).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with monitoring tools.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell/Bash/Python.
