Job Description
Were looking for hospitality students who want to experience the real side of building a food brand. This role is for someone who wants to go beyond textbook hospitality and understand how great food, customer experience, and operations actually come together to build a modern food business. Youll make things. Serve people. Solve problems. And understand what it really takes to run a modern hospitality business.
Duration: 6 months
You can choose any of the two training streams:
Food & Beverage Operations
Assist the kitchen team in preparing and participating in the production of dessert products including gelato, bakery items, and dessert components
Learn food safety standards, hygiene practices, and kitchen discipline
Understand recipe systems, ingredient handling, and production workflows
Assist in quality control and product consistency
Customer Experience & Retail Service
Deliver exceptional customer experience in a premium dessert retail environment
Work in the retail store to understand guest experience and service flow
Interact with customers, guide them through the menu, and handle orders
POS systems and menu management
Undertand how service speed, presentation, and product storytelling influence customer experience
Operations & Supply Chain
Learn how ingredients and products move from procurement to production to store
Assist with inventory tracking and stock management
Observe how demand forecasting and production planning works
Understand the role of supply chain in maintaining consistency across locations
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Hotel Management/Hospitality degree or diploma
- Strong interest in food, hospitality, and customer experience
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn across different areas
- Comfortable working in both kitchen and customer-facing environments
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- You appreciate startup culture and the opportunity to learn by doing
We work 6 days a week. This is a hands-on training program. Growth here comes from curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn. You wont just observe; youll participate and contribute.
