Role Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to work within hospital environments, supporting cardiologists and clinical teams to ensure seamless coordination of cardiovascular care services.

This role requires a professional who understands hospital culture, doctor engagement, and clinical workflows, and can build long-term trust with physicians while supporting operational excellence.

The role also includes supporting cardiology software solutions, conducting demonstrations, and ensuring smooth adoption by clinical teams.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• MBA in Healthcare Management is a plus

Experience

• 37 years experience in hospital coordination, medical representative roles, healthcare relationship management, or healthcare software support
• Prior experience working with cardiologists or specialty departments preferred

Core Competencies

• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of hospital etiquette and clinical environments
• Ability to explain and demonstrate healthcare software solutions to doctors
• Excellent communication skills (English + local language)
• Professional presence suitable for specialist doctor engagement
• Highly organized with strong coordination abilities

This role plays a critical part in strengthening collaboration between cardiologists, health check-ups and hospital systems, enabling efficient workflows, improving adoption of digital cardiology solutions, and enhancing the overall delivery of cardiovascular care.
