Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Hospital Administrator. The Hospital Administrator will oversee daily operational activities at the clinic, ensuring smooth hospital management and a positive patient experience. Key responsibilities include managing front-office operations, coordinating with doctors and medical staff, maintaining administrative records, handling patient scheduling, and ensuring efficient communication between patients and the healthcare team. The role also involves scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinics appointment booking system to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to schedule patient appointments and manage the clinics appointment booking system efficiently
• Basic knowledge of healthcare or medical practice environments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage administrative tasks and coordinate with medical staff
• Prior experience in healthcare or hospital administration is preferred
