We are looking to hire AM- Home Renovation for HouseEazy. The role requires refurbishment & maintenance of apartments in high rise projects in Noida.

KRA's :

Overseeing renovations & refurbishments in the apartments.
Ensure that the apartments are kept in clean and presentable condition with all utilities functioning properly till customer handover.
Manage multiple vendors for refurbishment, repairs & housekeeping to deliver services on time and within budget.
Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards

Requirements:

Should be a graduate.

3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management.

Should be from Real Estate Industry.

Multitasking ability.

Note Candidates from Builder Background will be preferred.
