Home Loan Specialist

We are looking for candidate with 2- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end home loan process from counseling to documentation and final disbursement along with strong communication skills.

Salary: 6-8 LPA plus incentive

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling the Nobroker customer who have recently purchase a new home to counsel them about the home loan services.
• Conduct home visits to counsel customers regarding home loan options as we are tie-up with 20+ Banks.
• Manage the end-to-end home loan process from counseling to documentation and final disbursement.
• Guide customers on bank service charges, home loan interest rates, CIBIL score, and required documentation process.
• Ensure smooth coordination with banks for loan processing and disbursement.
