Job Title - Relationship Manager Home Loans (DSA)

Responsibilities:

Source and acquire Home Loan / LAP customers through DSA, connectors, and direct

marketing.

Advise customers on loan options, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

Manage end-to-end loan process from sourcing and login to disbursement and

payout.

Maintain consistent communication with customers, brokers, and banks/NBFC to ensure

smooth loan processing.

Prepare and submit accurate loan proposals for bank approvals.

Cross-sell products such as Personal Loans, Balance Transfers, and OD to maximise

revenue.

Maintain daily activity reports, update CRM, and ensure proper documentation.

Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Build and nurture relationships with channel partners to increase business volume.

Skills and Requirements:

25 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales.

Strong understanding of the loan process and credit policies.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Sales-driven with a target-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and manage field activities.

Graduate in any discipline.
