Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Holiday Specialist specializing in both international and domestic travel. The Holiday Specialist will be responsible for designing and coordinating travel itineraries, providing exceptional customer service, consulting with clients to align travel packages with their preferences, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements. The role also includes assisting with sales initiatives, collaborating with local and international partners, and managing budgets to create cost-effective and memorable experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and travel partners.
• Sales expertise, including the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages.
• Proficient in Selling International tour package.
• Ability to work well in an on-site team environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for booking and itinerary management.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
