This position is strictly for candidates with prior experience in selling outbound leisure tour packages (Europe / UK / Turkey / long-haul destinations).

Freshers, interns, ticketing-only, visa-only, BPO, or back-office profiles should not apply.

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Senior Outbound Tour Consultant who can independently handle clients, design customized international itineraries, close sales, and manage end-to-end tour arrangements.

This is a hands-on, revenue-owning role, not an assistant or training position.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and reference clients for outbound leisure travel

Design and customize international tour itineraries

Price tour packages, explain inclusions/exclusions, and close sales

Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and internal teams

Manage bookings, confirmations, and pre-departure documentation

Ensure a smooth client experience from enquiry to travel

Mandatory Requirements

4+ years experience in outbound leisure tour package sales (not ticketing/visa)

Strong destination knowledge: Europe / UK / AUS + NZ/ Long-Haul

Proven ability to independently close family, honeymoon, and group tours

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Comfortable with sales responsibility, deadlines, and revenue targets
