TOUR CONSULTANT

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Trip Planner Holiday Consultant to join our team in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. As a Trip Planner Holiday Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will involve planning and organizing customized trip itineraries for our individual and group customers to various destinations around the world. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in organizing Domestic and International customized holiday packages ie FIT Packages for B2C clients ,and other associated travel bookings

Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer enquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively

Excellent knowledge of popular tourist destinations around the world and current travel trends

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Fluent in written and spoken English, and one or more regional languages

RESPONSIBILITIES

To discuss travel plans withClients and Design Itinerary According to their Taste and Budget

Work on Said Plan Co-ordinating with vendors and using Online Portals

Designing said itinerary in a convenient and cost effective way as per client brief

To Guide Clients and Create Positive and Mutually beneficial relationship with Client

To Arrange and Book Said Services for Clients , so that they may enjoy a seamless Travel experience

RELAVANCY

Experience should be client-facing, i.e. Salesor Customer Service or Front End Operations with client interaction

Experience in Selling Group Tours while helpful but is Not Relevant

Back End Process Airline Process Portal Process or B2B or DMC experience Is not relevant

Ticketing and Visa Related Work is Not relevant
