This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Holiday Consultant. The Holiday Consultant will assist clients in planning and customizing travel itineraries, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth holiday bookings. Additional responsibilities include researching travel options, managing client inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and promotions. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure optimal customer experiences is also a key responsibility.

• Proficiency in planning personalized travel itineraries and recommending travel destinations
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to research, gather, and analyze information about travel options and trends
• Experience with sales, client outreach, and building professional relationships
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing bookings and schedules
• Problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues effectively
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage
