Head of Department & Research Faculty:

We are seeking visionary Heads of Department and Research Faculty for the following specializations:

• Fashion & Textiles
• Product Design
• Animation
• Foundation
• Interior Design
• Visual Communication
• Film

Head of Department - Responsibilities:

• Lead departmental academics, curriculum, and strategic planning.
• Mentor faculty and students; promote creativity and innovation.
• Ensure academic quality and compliance with UGC/institutional standards.
• Build industry partnerships and support research/creative initiatives.

Research Faculty - Responsibilities:

• Conducting specialized research, collaborating across disciplines, publishing papers, filing patents and applying for research funding.
• Along with teaching load, additional duties may involve organizing academic events and supporting university-led research as assigned.

Eligibility:

• As per UGC norms, candidates with a Masters in Design or PhD will be preferred.
• Strong academic background with proven leadership skills.
• For Research Faculty - PhD would be required.
