Job Description
Role Description
The Head of Department (HoD) English Teacher will oversee and lead the English department, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and mentoring teaching staff. This role involves teaching English, ensuring high academic standards, evaluating student performance, and fostering a positive learning environment. The candidate will play a key role in planning and executing school-wide initiatives aimed at improving English language education. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in English Teaching and a deep understanding of Education practices
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum development
- Excellent skills in Teaching and mentoring both students and staff
- Outstanding Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
- Experience in leadership roles within educational institutions is strongly preferred
- Bachelors or Masters degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Relevant teaching certifications and a proven track record of academic contributions
