Job Name Channel Lead- Investment Product

 

Job Role:

Lead the strategic planning, execution, and performance management of investment product sales across key internal channels including Affluent Segment, Branch Banking, 811, and SKY. Drive channel adoption, optimize RM-assisted journeys  and deliver data-driven insights to enhance product penetration and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Sales Enablement:

  1. Develop and execute channel-specific strategies to drive investment product sales.
  2. Align annual budgets with channel objectives and negotiate KRAs within RM SOP frameworks.
  3. Lead investment drives and ensure senior leadership coverage for product strategy updates.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

  1. Maintain and deepen relationships with internal channel partners.
  2. Coordinate multi-channel campaigns and initiatives to support RM engagement to increase investment product sales

Data Analytics & Business Intelligence:

  1. Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and MIS tracking to monitor KRA achievements.
  2. Design analytical presentations for leadership reviews and internal decision making on product improvements 

Product Journey Optimization:

  1. Enhance RM-assisted investment journeys based on feedback and behavioral data.

Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to streamline product adoption

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Postgraduate degree with over 6 years of experience in wealth management, retail/channel sales, and investment product strategy.
  • Strong product knowledge in financial services and investment solutions, with a focus on HNI sales.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel/PPT for campaign analysis, productivity tracking, and review preparation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Adaptable and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
