Role Channel Manager-CMS

 

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Grade: M2/M3

Global Transaction Banking Group is the Product & Sales Support function that provides product expertise to the various segments of Kotak Bank, spanning Consumer Bank, Commercial Bank and Wholesale Banking divisions. Products range include cash management payment & collections solutions, escrow services & dividend business and trade finance services ( import and export services, funded and non-funded products and forex remittances). 

We are currently looking for Channel Manager in Product Support Team who can support sales team in selling CMS products and services to Corporate / CA customers in Consumer

Product Support Team is expected to help internal as well as external customers in understanding, structuring & execution of Cash Management. This team will be supporting all the verticals under Consumer & Commercial Bank which includes Branch Banking, Privy, Wealth, TASC, Agri, WCG, ECG etc.

Job Role:

  1. Supporting all verticals under Consumer & Commercial Bank in dealing with Corporate/CA customers with regards to CMS Products like Instant CMS, VAS, and Digital Payments etc.
  2. Interact with channels in consumer and commercial segments. Spot CMS opportunities in the market. 
  3. Help sales team to cross sale and monitor the same the database
  4. Keeping track of each channel for achievement towards planned numbers
  5. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel 
  6. Managing Campaigns, Contests & R&R Program for CMS Consumer & Commercial Bank segment.
  7. Collecting Deal of the Months Analyze and Release the same to channel 
  8. Train to enable Branch Banking RO/RM/BBRM/BOM/BM/ Sales Teams to sell respective CMS Products and close deals. 
  9. Ensure desired penetration of the product into the market by the Relationship Team by providing marketing support, visibility campaigns and brand presence. 
  10. Managing and monitoring present systems used for sales lead entries and suggest developments if any.
  11. Tracking Fees and income. Maintaining related MIS & reports.
  12. Run the different education/knowledge series campaigns to create awareness on CMS products.
  13. Work closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 
  14. Liaise with product, IT and operations team to ensure seamless deal execution, system integration and smooth operations.
  15. Publishing Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS/Dashboards.

 

Job Requirements:

Personal

  1. Must be proactive, a self-starter with sales orientation
  2. Must be market savvy with good networking skills  
  3. Must be analytical, practical with an aptitude for trouble-shooting.  
  4. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills & Communication 
  5. Experience in Banking / Finance industry, Preferably an Engineer with an MBA. 
  6. 2-4 years of post MBA experience in selling CMS / CA products
