HO Product Sales Manager - TBG-HO & SUPPORT-Trade Finance Head

Role: H O Trade Finance – Support & Services – M2/M3

Location: Goregaon, Infinity IT Park, Mumbai

Role Description:

1. Preparing and presenting analyses of business growth to channel heads
2. To do market survey on industry trends and work with analytics team to boost acquisition 
3. Prepare and publish various reports for ground team
4. Preparation of Monthly KRA for monthly performance evaluation of PSMs
5. Monitor competition offering and upgrade Product 
6. Developing marketing enablers for branches with help of marketing team as per product and customer requirement
7. Contribute to the development of business strategies based on data analysis and market conditions.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within MIS functions.
9. Additional Responsibility:
   1. Analyzing the trade business trends – industry wise/ product wise/ location wise
   2. Monitoring TFX KPIs and providing regular updates to senior management 
   3. Analyzing and working on the market propositions with respect to Trade account by doing competition benchmarking
   4. Building the capability among the stakeholders by – i) preparing the knowledge series/snippets, training content, ii) coordinating with RL Training Team/ PSMs for 100% coverage of branches, iii) content updation from time to time on intranet and other digital mode (KLAPP etc)
   5. Running the contests/ campaigns to build focus of stakeholders on trade business and sustain the momentum
   6. Preparing presentations and review data for senior management
   7. Ability to engage with various channels across Consumer Bank and leave a positive impact in every interaction

Skills required:

1. Must be an effective communicator. Need to have good articulation skills 
2. Should possess good analytical & presentation skills 
3. Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of VBA Macro, POWER BI and MS Access

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is preferred

Experience, Age & Grade:

1. 2 - 5 years of relevant experience, i.e. MIS, and Product Role Trade & Forex
2. Proven track record in managing MIS functions within a banking or financial services environment.
