Role: HO Product Manager Business Banking
Business Banking – Helpdesk Manager Role is key owner of strategy, roadmap and customer experience of Business Banking vertical. Helpdesk Manager role involves comprehensive understanding of all the key stakeholders viz consumer; technology, industry; regulator; organization.
- Responsible for managing team of 3-4 helpdesk officer
- A Help Desk Manager will be responsible for assisting the support team and ensuring exceptional service while solving issues.
- Analyze queries/issues received and recommend any changes in process, training, product required.
- Making recommendation to improve overall current account productivity.
- Resolve escalated and priority issue.
- Competition benchmarking on various process and documentation.
- Strong analytical ability and strong documentation skills
- Actively communicate and engage with sales and branch banking teams and take regular feedback on business proposition, product, and processes.
- Work closely with various stake holders to translate helpdesk vision into sales numbers and values
- Identify & resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial & technical goals.
- Regularly participate in channel reviews/meeting to drive business objectives.
- Excellence in oral and written communication and channel drive
- Experience and understanding of business banking customers and segments.
- Sound understanding of KYC norms and processes for current account customers.
- Ability to derive strategic insights and ability to read and understand data
- Ability to read consumer behavior and trends
- Innovative and problem solving approach
- Understanding of customer life cycle
- Understanding of regulatory framework and banking.
