Position description:
Primary Responsibilities:
- 1. Setting & deployment of targets for Domestic markets (all 6 zones)
- 2. Facilitate means planning & deployment of means.
- 3. Track & analyse progress of the targets & means deployed.
- 4. Establish periodic review cadence at HO level.
- 5. Conduct periodic PDCA on target image adequecy (Target + Means)
- 6. Capturing & horizontal deployment of Best Practices across the business
- 7. Diagnose & generate insights on chronic non achievement areas
- 8. Anticipate results & initiate actions for mitigation
- 9. Collect & analyse periodical information on external factors ( competion, growth drivers, industry, etc.)
- 10. Identify gaps in dealer sales processes and propose solutions do close the gaps.
- 11. Improving the lead time for customer complaint closures
- 12. Forecasting industry & retail trends inorder to achieve market share goals.
